1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing staging.robia.ug, you agree to be bound by
these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the
platform.
2. Nature of the Service
Robia operates strictly as a peer-to-peer facilitator. We provide a platform for users to connect based on algorithmic credit scoring.
- No Fiat Processing: Robia does not legally touch, hold, or process fiat currency.
- No Direct Withdrawals: Direct fiat withdrawal through the Robia platform is strictly prohibited and structurally unsupported. All financial arrangements and transfers occur directly between peers outside of Robia's financial control.
3. Credit Scoring and LLM Analysis
By using Robia, you acknowledge and consent to our use of Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze the unstructured data you provide. This analysis generates an informal credit score intended solely to facilitate peer-to-peer trust. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this score, nor does it constitute formal financial advice or a guaranteed line of credit.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Uganda.
- You agree to provide accurate, truthful data for the credit scoring process.
- You are solely responsible for the transactions and agreements you enter into with other peers on the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
Robia Labs Uganda Ltd is not a bank, microfinance institution, or money lender. We are a technology provider. We accept no liability for any financial losses, disputes between peers, or defaults on peer-to-peer agreements facilitated through the platform.
